Lighted buildings make a village glow — Sights & Sounds pieces make it move. These are Lemax’s animated, musical buildings: turning carousels, clock towers, the North Pole Railway and Mail Room, Tinseltown Plaza and the deeply tempting Top Pizza. As one of only 12 authorised Lemax retailers in Australia, we keep a proper selection — around 19 pieces at last count.
Most displays run one animated hero per scene — The Grand Carousel in the fairground, a Christmas Clock Tower in the town square — with regular lighted buildings and figurines arranged around it. Pieces like Kringle’s Courier, The Shooting Star and Topsy Turvey each anchor a corner of the village on their own. Prices run from around $109.95 up to about $400 for the landmark pieces, all on Afterpay and Zip.
Animated pieces are exactly the kind of thing you want a proper look at first, and the Archerfield showroom is open year-round, so Brisbane locals can come in and see the range in person before committing. If you’re starting out, the wider Lemax range covers the rest of the village to build around them.
Sights & Sounds buildings are fragile and we treat them that way — packed with serious care and shipped to most of Australia (except WA & NT), or free click and collect from the Brisbane showroom if you’d rather carry yours home yourself.
