Questions, shipping & returns

What makes a cashmere tree different?

The tips are soft and fluffy — cashmere-like — and appear white at the end of each branch, layered over blue-green pine needles. The effect is plush and wintry, like the European and American winters it's modelled on.

What do the two light functions do?

The controller switches the 460 warm white LEDs between static and twinkling — set-and-forget glow or a gentle sparkle.

What comes in the box?

The tree, a sturdy metal stand, an assembly instruction leaflet, a shaping and decorating guide, a photo of the fully assembled tree to copy, the 10-year warranty card, and a strong storage carton for the off-season.

Can I see one assembled before spending this much?

Larger trees (7–10ft) are kept boxed rather than on display, so just ask and we'll open one up so you can see it lit before you buy. Brisbane locals can collect free from the Archerfield showroom, or we can arrange courier delivery at cost — freight to WA & NT by quote.

So beautiful and so personal! Both Dom and his wife welcomed us into their store despite us being busy. My son loved it — and they gave him a Christmas activity pack to take home.

So friendly and very helpful, with the best range of Christmas things. A great place to take the kids to see the village and train set up. Such a treat — thank you very much.

We arrived after closing and the owners waved us in and turned everything back on just for us. The Lemax village is truly stunning. Such kind, genuine people — I’ll be back every year.
